    Debbie,

    You don't have to use the app to set up the points.  You can just plug them in, but if you changed the network name while a point was disconnected then we need to add it back.  If it is flashing orange, then the reset is needed  The new version of the Mobile App (Version 1.4) fixes this issue by warning you and prevents this issue.  The Android version is out on the app store, and the Apple version should be on the store soon.   We are here to help at 1-877-426-MILO.
