Select the product you would like to return by clicking the circle to the right of the product.
Please select the Warranty as your reason for your return from the list.
Please click on the Green Bar that says "Original Payment Method" at the top of the box to proceed.
You will receive email updates throughout the process:
- Your request was submitted
- Your request was approved/rejected
- Your replacement system has been processed and shipped
- Shipping instructions that include a shipping label to return the defective unit
- We received your returned unit
