On an Android device the app data can be cached and prevent certain functions in the Milo App from working. Here is how to clear the cache on an Android device.

1. Go to Milo App – Hold Down until the App Icon Bounces (video time: 0.04-0.05):
Once you see the options, select App Info (video time: 0.05):
2. Once you see the options in App Info, Select Storage (video time: 0.14-0.16):
3. On the storage screen you should see the option to Clear Data and Clear Cache. In the video example above it was only required to click Clear Data to zero out the B(bytes) on both Data and Cache. However, in some cases if the numbers are not both zeroed out you’ll need to Clear Cache as well (video time: 0.19-0.21):
Congratulations, you have successfully removed the cached data preventing the Milo Setup Screen to appear (video time: 0.50)!
