Additionally, if you ever run into an issue with your Milo, our technical support team can instantly pinpoint the problem via the cloud. Once a solution is determined, it can be pushed through the cloud directly to your Milo device! This is a unique feature of the Milo cloud in that fixes are applied directly and in-unit, which is unlike many other similar wifi systems whose updates remain in the cloud.
