We're sorry you're experiencing some issues with Milo! Hopefully these troubleshooting tips will have you back in the game in no time.
- Try power cycling your modem/router. Unplug it or switch it OFF, then wait 30 seconds before reconnecting to power or switching it back on. Once the lights on your modem/router are steady, it has successfully rebooted.
- Next, try power cycling your Milo by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in. After a minute or so, your Milo will have booted back up.
